Suicide Prevention Month

Suicide Prevention

Suicide prevention month is during the month of September, but suicide is a real issue that needs attention all through the year.  According to the CDC, “Suicide is a leading cause of death and affects people of all ages.”

Many things can contribute to feelings of depression. Depression, feelings of hopelessness, trauma, ptsd, mental illness, trauma, are just some of the issues that can contribute to feeling as though one may take their life.

It is essential to seek medical help for emotional wellness and possible medication management. Don’t suffer in silence, reach out, ask for help. You matter.
